Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs

The trailer for Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs is the latest installment to the hit Ice Age franchise, which has grossed more than $1.2 billion around the world. Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs is fully produced in 3-D and will be directed by Carlos Saldanha (Oscar-nominated ), who directed Ice Age: The Meltdown and co-directed Ice Age. I must admit the second Ice Age movie was not so great, so we are waiting for this one to get the Ice Age back on track.

The Wrestler

I am amazed. I love Mickey Rourke. Don't know why, 'cause he was not in so many blockbusters, but I just love the way he act. And this trailer for "The Wrestler". Oh boy... Enjoy

Astro Boy (teaser trailer)

I was watching Astro Boy when I was a kid. I just can't wait for this movie!!!

Set in futuristic Metro City, Imagi Studios' Astro Boy is about a young robot with incredible powers created by a brilliant scientist to replace the son he has lost. Unable to fulfill the grieving father's expectations, our hero embarks on a journey in search of acceptance, experiencing betrayal and a netherworld of robot gladiators, before he returns to save Metro City and reconcile with the man who had rejected him.

Coraline

Coraline Jones (Dakota Fanning) is bored in her new home. But all this changes when she finds a secret door and discovers an alternate version of her life on the other side. On the surface, this parallel reality is eerily similar to her real life and the people in it – only much better. But... you must watch the movie :)

Prequel to the Da Vinci Code Angels & Demons Trailer

The team behind the global phenomenon The Da Vinci Code returns for the highly anticipated Angels & Demons, based upon the bestselling novel by Dan Brown. Tom Hanks reprises his role as Harvard religious expert Robert Langdon, who once again finds that forces with ancient roots are willing to stop at nothing, even murder, to advance their goals. Ron Howard again directs the film. When Langdon discovers evidence of the resurgence of an ancient secret brotherhood known as the Illuminati -- the most powerful underground organization in history -- he also faces a deadly threat to the existence of the secret organization's most despised enemy: the Catholic Church.

When Langdon learns that the clock is ticking on an unstoppable Illuminati time bomb, he jets to Rome, where he joins forces with Vittoria Vetra, a beautiful and enigmatic Italian scientist. Embarking on a nonstop, action-packed hunt through sealed crypts, dangerous catacombs, deserted cathedrals, and even to the heart of the most secretive vault on earth, Langdon and Vetra will follow a 400-year-old trail of ancient symbols that mark the Vatican's only hope for survival.

Killzone 2 Trailer

The new Killzone 2 trailer actually gives us more of an inside look of what awaits us in our campaign to stop the Helghast war machine. Interestingly enough, the trailer’s narrative sounds like the expectations of the Iraq War when it first started.

I saw this movie last night! Let me just say it was wonderful!! I was mesmerized by the graphics, the color and the story. It is very well done and I hope everyone has the opportunity to see it on the big screen like we did today because it is just beautiful. I've read that 3 more movies will follow Tinker Bell 2008, hopefully on the big screen. The kids will love the message of this movie. Tinker Bell is such a cute character as are the other fairies, I sometimes forgot they weren't real! LOVED THIS MOVIE!!!

Futurama: Bender's Game (2008)

Futurama was a series canceled far before its time, but thankfully its back and unlike the Simpsons seems to get better as it goes. I was thrilled when the new series of direct to DVD movies was announce. I believe that Bender's Game to be the best of the three new releases. The story isn't that deep or politically nuanced as some of the older episodes, but it does manage to play a good deal of homage to class Dungeons and Dragons, Lord of the Rings, and even a touch of Star Wars. The animation is clean and well done as usual, and the dialog is classic Futurama. The I thought it was great and I look forward to the next round.
